Why CBT Hypnotherapy?

What to Expect

The first phone 15min consultation is free and will mainly consist of an evaluation and assessment of the situation while through discussion, we will mutually decide on the desired outcome.
Then, with up to three sessions of 90min each, we will achieve improvement and change.
As the world grew smaller, especially during Covid times, we appreciated that Hypnosis works perfectly well via an online session and as a result, we can easily accommodate both face-to-face and online sessions to English, Italian and Greek speakers.
In person appointments can be accommodated in our busy practice in central London at Trafalgar Square.

About Me - London Hypnotherapist

Hi, I’m Yiannis. After years in the corporate world in diverse industries, environments and different countries, I’ve realised that I felt the happiest when helping and advising others reach their full potential.
Hence I retrained, and through various CBT techniques, I can now positively say that I’ve helped people get rid of their obstructive preconceptions and thinking, and as a result improve their everyday lives.
I’m currently a CBT hypnotherapist based in London, with experience in helping people improve their relationships with themselves and others, by converting negative ways of thinking into positive, and achieving constructive change. I am a Member of the General Hypnotherapy Register and hold a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy from the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy.
I offer a free 15min initial phone or zoom consultation where we can discuss how CBT Hypnotherapy can help you identify your limitations, and from then on create tailored to your needs sessions, so you can eventually move forward from a place you feel stuck and restricted.
My ability to speak 3 languages fluently, means I can offer CBT Hypnotherapy sessions in English, Italian and Greek, with the same ease.
